4x4 is a series of 44 original mixed media art pieces from artist, Andy Jenkins. Each original piece of art is 4" x 4", floating matte mounted and ready to hang in a white 7"x7" real wood frame (glass).

From the artist:

"The original idea was to do one or two of these a day as sketches with no plan in mind - just a way to keep sharp. I cut up a bunch of 4"x4" squares from leftover shipping board and decided to limit my source material to what was on my work table.
I started improvising the pieces using bits from one smallish box of collected paper ephemera, paint from a couple small jars on my desk and a pile of various utensils, pens, pencils, etc

I was having so much fun I cranked out over 40 in a few days. During the work process I realized it would be nice to release them as affordable art, ready to hang. So that's what we got here; I've capped the series of 4"x4" pieces at 44, framed them, and made them available to first-come first-served for $44.44 each."
